From part its localization, the mas of brugassières, offers you the possibility of discovering the massif of the Moors, on horseback, the cycle (road or VTT), or still on foot. It is also possible to go to sail in the bay of Saint-Tropez.

horse :
In 1 km of the hotel you will find in the heart of vineyards a magnificent stud farm where from you can leave for magnificent accompanied ballads or simply to take some courses of perfection or initiation.

In cycle :
In cycle of road, by leaving on the collar of vignon (in about 7 km of the hotel), one joins several small pleasant and little frequented roads, because it is advised to avoid the traffic of the bay of Saint-Tropez in cycle (particularly the summer!).

In VTT, several departures of tracks DFCI, roads, either of drailles, are accessible(approachable) from the hamlet of Préconil 300m, or Prabourdin's 1km hamlet. Of this last one leaves " San Peïre's " track, which arrives in the top of a coline, dominating all Bay of Saint-Tropez, and coming down again through Coriolan's hamlet, then results in 500 m of the hotel. This ride is about 9 km.

On foot :
Near the hotel passes the GR 9 and the GR 51, for the amateurs of big rides pedestrian.

In boat :
Sainte Maxime's nautical base (10km), proposes trainings or rents of catamarans, drifters, or windsurfing boards.
